Calvinist Cadets
Corp is a
relationship-building program for boys in 1st-6th grade. We
meet every other Wednesday evening in September to May here
at Stonebridge.
The Cadet program is the ministering from men of God who are dedicated to bringing these boys into a living relationship with their Lord and Savior.
Cadets encourages experiencing the presence of the Lord in His glorious creation. We enjoy camping trips every fall, and hiking trips in the spring.
The Cadet ministry encourages learning the skills of an outdoorsman to build a boy's character. While camping the boys learn how to cook, pitch tents, chop wood and build fires. They even learn how to build their own pine wood derby cars and race them.
The Cadet ministry encourages developing a boy's understanding of his place in God's world to help him to be a faithful steward. Once or twice a year we try to give back and provide service projects for the boys. This ranges from participating in church workdays, assisting elderly congregation members with yard work or other community services.

The ministry is
non-denominational with club participation in several
different denominations and non-denominational churches and
other Christian organizations throughout the United States
and Canada. The Calvinist Cadets Corp has been recognized
as the official youth serving agency for the Christian
Reformed Church. Curriculum is developed from a reformed
perspective.
