We all struggle with stress in daily living. Stress matures us and through it we develop the abilities to make life work. Stress builds, we work, stress subsides, we rest. This is the cycle of life.
Sometimes we need help when our problems of daily living are not resolving and we’re not growing, when the stress of life is overwhelming and we’re not resting, or when relationships are stuck in cycles of frustration and we’re not bonding.
This is the counseling mission—to walk alongside you on your pathway in a restorative way, to restore you to healthy cycles or habits of living.
The Counseling and Relational Equipping Ministry exists to support and strengthen the counseling response of the pastoral office to the StoneBridge Church Community for all personal and relational problems in daily living.
The CARE Ministry enhances the counseling response of StoneBridge by providing:
Clinical and Biblical insight to problems of daily living
Educational and informational resources about mental and behavioral health
Retreats, structured programs, and training to the Church Community
Outreach to the community through seminars and workshops
